Silicone Products

Kingway focuses on the design and manufacture of silicone rubber products such as Keypads, Seals, Gaskets and others used in consumer electronics, automotive, medical, industrial and consumer appliance. Our production facilities have an aggregate production capacity to manufacture approximately 500 million pieces of silicone rubber-based products annually. Our inhouse tooling capability allows prototype tooling in less than 2 weeks as well as full production tooling in 4 weeks. Stamping Products

Kingway has been manufacturing and engineering custom high-quality stamped metal parts used in industrial, automotive, consumer electronics, medical and consumer appliance markets. Our manufacturing operations are fully equipped with large, high-tonnage presses, and smaller, high-speed presses. We can provide a range of custom stampings from light gauge terminals to heavy gauge brackets auto inserted with retainers as part of the progressive stamping process. Starting with a single prototype, we can manufacture volumes up to millions of pieces annually. Our engineering department will work with you to figure out the optimal solution for your requirement.
